The Cityfoods group has wheat flour you can buy. The Cityfoods booth at the Lafayette Farmer's Market had some today. Probably there will be more available next Saturday at the same place.
The flour is from Greenfield Mills in Lagrange County.

Bread Flour
This is a blend of our Soft Winter Wheat Flour with the Hard Spring Wheat Flour. This is more of an all purpose flour. One thing to remember is that this flour is still mostly soft Wheat Flour and does not have as high a level of gluten in it: therefore you do not need to knead your bread quite as much. This flour makes great bread both the old fashioned way and in the newer Bread Machines.
