Hopefully the above list shows up ok. It is a list of produce that is currently being grown in Indiana. Anything in the list could possibly be sold in our store. Lots of people have been asking about this, so I thought it would be helpful if I posted this.

One thing about edible flowers, redbud flowers are edible, they make a colorful garnish, and they are free, just pick them off a redbud tree. We should be seeing redbud flowers shortly. First day of spring is next week.
Violet flowers are yummy as well.
On occasion I've seen pumpkin/squash flowers for sale at Mexican stores. These are cultivated plants, not wild-crafted.
