This the old Ardapple Storage Building, Mainstreet between 11th & Perrin Avenune. Malhaupt's has been occupying it over the past few years. It is unusual with a black ceramic facade. I'm not sure the square footage, but it is in a fair location with plenty of parking and loading zones. I'm not sure what they are asking for the price, either. What do you think?
