Overfishing

One of the world's ecological problems is that we are depleting the oceans by fishing in a nonsustainable manner. Merge that with our intent to grow our food locally. Should we have a policy not to eat ocean fish? Why not a state law banning the sale of ocean fish of any kind? There is no Indiana fishing industry that would lobby to oppose such a law. Ocean fish eating is not a part of the Indiana culture. Banning the sale of ocean fish would increase the market for Indiana produced food.
